    Can anyone using the free version of Zoom Workplace please suggest why I can't get a test tone to play on any output audio device and what I might do about it? I'm using windows and have checked the volume control panel to confirm the volume is up and the button unmuted. I have tried multiple speakers and reinstalled. Would be very grateful for any help. Thanks.
