     @yilinwriter @yelyam Absolutely. That's why I like this job.
     This year a big game company reached out to me for cultural consulting but they consulted me for something small once and haven't heard anything after...I hope they don't feel like "We consulted one Japanese person so we're all good!" ugh.

     @Yukari @yelyam yeah tokenism is a big problem. they should be putting in a lot more work and effort to consult and learn instead of treating it like this stamp of approval they can get from one person and be done with it
