   Beeing still on Twitter/X in 2024 is already fucked up. Prompting to "follow us on X" even more. But actively *joining* X and *promoting* it as a newly founded foundation for the social(sic) web is the most messed up thing I have seen in days (which is a lot these days)

     @angelo @swf we include our Social Web address first in the footer, and that's the only address in the announcement text. We're not actively driving people towards X.

     It's one thing to reach out to people on X spreading info about the Fediverse.

     It's a completely different thing to reach out to visitors of your website, asking them to "follow us on X", as if it was a normal thing to do these days.
