There are several clients such as AirMail etc that let you write markdown and convert it to text/html. Does any of them attach the .md file ? Or do they just use the markdown and put the text/plain (which technically it is)?

Been thinking I’d like e-mail that has some markdown level / gemtext level of formatting (headers etc) but not full html abominations. Something little machines could handle
