@kithrup @triptych Not exactly. The companies couldn’t be persecuted… the people running the companies could be. You’d remove the legal fiction that protects CEO douchebros from personal liability. And once they start going to prison, that might actually result in some behavioural change. But don’t worry, ain’t gonna happen anytime soon.
