Open source in a nutshell:

- Project starts under a GPL license
- Project becomes successful
- As it becomes successful, more people contributes to it
- After a couple years, the lead of the project changes the license
- Now it's proprietary
- People gets mad and sues the lead for violating the GPL
- People starts forking the project, but who is going to maintain and update it?
