     Basically what I did was update the IDIOT a while ago to reduce lock contention, and then did a deploy but didn't restart the servers because it required a brief conversion script. Then I forgot to do that and at some point it started crashing in prod and then got extra congested because it couldn't find *any* of the media.

The easiest way to tell when it crashes is the Goroutines panel near the top. The screamshitter.club one starts crashing around 22:30.
