     @kaia I mean: text is priority, voice is secondary. Latter is chatterbox weapon. If you can't deliver the message using the text method, the message must be treated as non-serious, since the sender don't care how the receiver accept it. Unless you're a radio operator who know how to talk short and clear, who's job imply sound.
