   btw I tried differently sexed shoes from Jack Wolfskin and female shoe sizes meant bigger shoe with smaller number and male shoe sizes smaller shoe with bigger number.

     @mian very smart, but still manufacturers only have one measurement for female and male shoes in my experience.

     @kaia I don't know my shoe sizes, always measure my feet length¹ and use that for buying shoes
     
     ¹ with both heels placed against a wall, put a tape measure between the feet and measure the distance from the wall to the line between the tips of the toes

     @kaia there are at least two or three scales in use here, and my 28 cm can be anything from 42 to 44 in each of them
     most importantly I don't understand why they'd even introduce any other units if the feet length is out there
