   I want to drop Discord, is there an XMPP server that anyone here the CI bubble would recommend? Or should I seek out a Matrix chat instance? I’m not sure which is the recommendation anymore

     For some reason I thought I had seen recommendations against Matrix or maybe that was just the flagship instance
