   I think that our bodies deserve a lot more recognition and gratitude from us. Our bodies have put up with our bullshit, with our shit habits and suffered with us... our bodies have only ever showed up for us and kept us alive. Our bodies are incredible.

     When was the last time that you thanked your body for showing up for you? When was the last time that you showed your body some gratitude for keeping you alive? This is really a thankless job.
