     For comparison the average price of premiums since Obamacare was passed to trumps election in 2016 had doubled going from ~$200 for individuals in 2010 to $400 by Trumps election in 2016.

     Likewise premiums continued to rise under Trump increasing by almost another 50% (half of relative increase as under Obama).
