@squaremoon big tasks are a lot less achievable. I spend a lot of my time as a manager working with people to break down tasks.

I got this idea while researching how AI and gamification work. I found a company called Leantime, which has an open-source project management platform. They use gamification elements in it to help people with ADHD to stay on track. I thought, why not try breaking down my tasks on my to-do list and see how it works for me? And it’s a small success so far. I will take it.

I have noticed that my to-do list works only if I break down bigger tasks into smaller ones. Otherwise, I get overwhelmed with a big task, and nothing happens. At least when I break down into small tasks, something is done that is better than nothing.
