Neighbor just dropped off a pile of tomatoes. And some parsley. I have an idea.
I'm gonna chuck them up and throw them in my pressure cooker with some pasta. toss in all the raw ingredients, see if the liquid from the tomatoes gets absorbed into the pasta real good? So I have a scratch spaghetti sauce in pasta, all in one fell swoop.
It's a novel idea... I'm praying like hell it works.
