     @alison Exactly. The execs are continuing to failing to realize that the old ways are over and I feel that it's going to backfire badly.

     Like I said, I don't think companies give a shit and they'll just make employees suffer and more of a new way to get rid of them.

     @joeo10 With Covid of course the work from home thing happened here in Canada as well. Now the companies including the govt are having people return to work. I'm sure I'm not the only person to notice the mass exodus of people who sold their homes in or near the cities to move out to small towns where they could afford a home/nicer home. This blew up housing markets in small towns too far for a reasonable commute to the cities on the daily.
