One of my pet peeves is when *someone else* tells me a date/time for some thing and I am punctual and then they are *very late*.

Or for example, the fertility clinic told us that they'd be moving in July and would have transfer dates for us in August.

Called August 15th, not ready yet, "we'll call you."

Called just now, "almost ready, we'll call you this week."

I would be less annoyed if they hadn't said they'd know dates in August, and I know stuff happens, but estimate better????
