     TIFF will premiere ‘Russians at War’ despite earlier cancellation claims.

     The film, deemed #Kremlin #propaganda, faced protests from the Ukrainian diaspora and officials.
     
     #TIFF paused the premiere due to unsubstantiated security concerns, which local police could not verify.
