there wasn't a time paradox in terminator. they just go back in time and change history and nothing more is said about it.

@wishgranter14 They never address that in the movie though, unless it's in one of the crappy later ones I never saw.

@sun but there was it T2 because when they stopped the guy from creating the terminator, they stopped them from building skynet, so then there would no 'rise of the machines' no war, and therefor they wouldn't be sent back in time, so they wouldn't stop the nigger from making the terminator technology so then the war would happen and send the terminators back in time so that the rise of the machines wouldn't happen, etc, etc.

@sun @wishgranter14 I think I only saw through number 3, which was a lame one because the T2 liquid one was way better than the semi-solid one. Basically they sent back a bunch of them instead of trusting that one would get the job done and humanity did the same. It's like "oh we sent a guy back but the future isn't instantly corrected so we must do it again" ad infinitum to both sides. Time travel is the ultimate shark jump of sci-fi, and the reason T2 is so good is that it had a combination of stellar directing and effects without being too played out into stale territory.
