Its very difficult to find any examples of western propaganda perpetrated against the DPRK although I'm certain it exists.

The west always seems to conveniently omit the reason for a nuclear armed DPRK:

the US has never formally declared the end of the Korean war and continues to heavily arm south Korea to this day.

South Korea has nuclear weapons. They were installed by the united states.
