     @ins0mniak @realman543 @p Yeah. I still don't know why they do that, the street food was definitely those levels. I couldn't eat it. I don't know why bland food gets a bad rap compared to this. If it is quality food then it doesn't need to be over salted or spiced.

     That's why food you make at home can taste weird after you've been eating out a lot. It doesn't occur to anyone to put the levels of salt and such in their homemade food that resturants do.

     @realman543 @p @ins0mniak I have to agree with you here. They have to make less quality food addictive so that we continue to eat it and don't notice how bland it is. Home cooked meals are better. I still can't believe how much salt and spices goes into some food like street food too... I couldn't eat it when I tried it. Ruins otherwise good food.

     @ins0mniak @p Yeah, I definitely prefer to stay away from that garbage. But a few times it is basically the only thing around and it hasn't been a pleasant experience.
     
     I've been thinking about how to improve my experience of food again. Can't say that eating out is that fun for this because so much is junk or street food.

     Silicon Valley started churning out clickbait and spyware either "subscription model" or "big-data play" or "I don't know...ads?" when the MBAs started running it and it not only ruined the tech, it ruined the business.
     
     The conventional wisdom among the MBA class is that MBAs should run everything; that's to be expected, really--everyone thinks that everything would improve if people that think the way they think were running things--but the unexpected part is that engineers listened. "Oh, yeah, I shouldn't be running my own company. I should hire a professional CEO." Even Steve Jobs made that fuckup and he was more of a product guy than an engineer.
     
     Hackers create shit and then MBAs show up and...you remember that "hitting every note of the things you are Supposed to Say" speech from American Psycho? It turns out that saying "You hired a knob, he has no idea what he's doing" is not very inclusive.

They misread your tickets, get angry when they have to cook intensive dishes, and just dont give a shit. Alot of cooks arent very good too and dont like doing the job but they do it cause its the only thing they can find. Its a position with alot of felons and drug/alcohol users its a real bummer when they show up to work glitzed and rizzin lol
