     Looks like the first is a choice you *can* make reliably.  The second is something you might manage if you were sufficiently good at manipulating people but it would be a long shot.  The third is a matter of chance no matter how elaborate your schemes, so why bother?

     @electropict my immediate response was "Fuck off". That was before I even thought about it.
     Someone was commissioned to come up with that Tesco T-shirt sentiment and presumably paid handsomely to produce it. Others passed it as being something they could endorse and support.
     The whole thing together is an instruction to be a door mat.
