   @welshpixie That is not good at all. If I block someone at my (user) level, and then my instance blocks them (at instance leve), I haven't stopped blocking them. What I should then see personally should be "yep, you're blocking that user, and by the way, so does your instance."

     @aaribaud yeah. They do STAY fully blocked when that happens, it's just their name vanishes from the list of people you block.

     @welshpixie Which means if I blocked A and my instance also did, and if I did not block B and neither did my instance, I see exactly the same (lack of) information about A and B despite one of them being blocked. That's inconsistent at best.
