    🚫☢️ "My response to Putin's statement, as to his previous threats, including nuclear weapons, is to tell him personally and publicly: if Russia uses nuclear weapons in Ukraine, Putin will be signing his own death warrant", - John Bolton, Trump's former national security adviser.

      @gnaddrig @amayer @MAKS23

      As Andreas said... Nobody is going to march on Moscow. But if Putin uses a nuke against Ukraine, I'm sure the remnants of the Black Sea Fleet will be doing submarine exercises with Moscow.

      @amayer @MAKS23
      "We do have enough conventional means to defeat russia."
      So how do you propose to defeat Russia, then?

      Whether anyone will want to march on Moscow will depend on Putin's use of tactical nukes, I guess. An explosion in some known Russian test area will not trigger anything, so let's hope the wannabe czar will just keep rattling his sabre (which is what I think will happen).

      @amayer @MAKS23 And Russia will just roll over and allow a conventional force to march into Moscow? That will depend on how many idiots in the army will stick with Putin. Dear Leader himself knows he is riding the tiger and dismounting will mean his death, so he'll hold on anyway.

      @MAKS23 While that is not wrong, we shouldn't fail to mention that it will not only be Putin's own personal death warrant, but that of most of at least West and South Russia, Ukraine and neighboring countries as well. That is if things can be limited to that area which I think is at best doubtful.

      @gnaddrig @MAKS23 Nonsense. No-one is going to start a larger nuclear war, even _if_ russia should use a tactical nuke.
      We do have enough conventional means to defeat russia.
