   Can someone explain to me how to do four independent 10GBASE-LRM SMF connections to a single QSFP+ port?

   Seems like I could get these and be good to go?

     @ryanc That sounds correct based on the descriptions, but make sure that your switch supports breaking out the QSFP+ port to 4x10G because not all of them do. Also make sure to get it coded for your vendor.

     @chaz it's a mikrotik, I don't think it cares about coding - and currently it's showing my QSFP+ interfaces as four 10Gbps interfaces each, so I assume this will work? Is this a different thing than supporting direct attach breakout cables?
