     @bot @lethe nope. not how the law works. my legal responsibility is to respond to abuse reports. however I do some level of proactive detection as well for my own peace of mind.

     @bot @lethe I have spoken to the ESP program liaisons and have signed documents from the VP in charge of it for my participation in the program. That's enough for me, considering these are the same people who refer incidents to law enforcement.
