Conversation

After some wind and rain…and some more wind and rain…we had a very short intense thunderstorm this afternoon complete with hail. Lightning appeared to strike the ground in the field opposite (hope the sheep are ok) and we lost power and internet briefly. This was followed by glorious sunshine. All very weird. The ephemeral stream ‘alongside’ the footpath was in full flow. It nearly overtopped my wellibobs.
