   @lamp google doesn't like the competition of those who spy via fingerprinting of the useragent and maybe the IP address, so they only include the major version so each client has pretty much the same useragent.

   There is now client hints; https://developer.chrome.com/docs/privacy-security/user-agent-client-hints which are not about privacy or securtiy despite the claims.
