its really funny when people talk about osdev like only terry davis was capable of writing an os by himself when literally anyone can just go online and learn how to do it. like. if you want to learn you can get to the point where you can go from bios to protected mode c from scratch in like 30 minutes of work, especially with a background in programming, which quite honestly i barely had when i started
