I'll claim the concept of "the democracy of deep water." As in, our advocacy of weapons control or not bombing schools and hospitals or election integrity or whatever is indeed righteous, but, just as the swimmers quickly quieted down and sank after the Titanic disappeared, CLIMATE, the tailpipe of enclosure of the commons by the rich, will be an example of the democracy of deep water. It will cut all the conversations short.
