   My family is in the process of "adopting" some semi-feral kittens as indoor-outdoor cats in our family. One of them likes to climb a tree and get on the first story roof. Both are very curious about our life inside the house. And so my partner, while taking a shower, looked to his side to see this in the shower's vent window... #CatsOfMastodon

     @mckra1g The black kitty is Void, and when she comes in for the night, she finds a convenient patch of blanket, curls up into a singularity of a black hole, and is dead to the world until morning. Her brother Tux is still learning indoor life, but always eventually settles down in a cat bed to watch some TV and doze off until an hour before dawn.

     @roadriverrail my middle daughter was adopted by a feral ginger tomcat. The day he decided to jump up on the bed and watch TV with the rest of the menagerie was hilarious. I call him Ollie the Former Feral.
