   The OARS method is a communication skills model that stands for Open-ended questions, Affirmations, Reflective listening, and Summarizing. It's used in motivational interviewing and other contexts to help facilitate conversations that promote positive change.
   
   Here are some examples of OARS techniques:
   
   Open-ended questions: These questions can help build trust, acceptance, and respect. Some examples include "How can I help you with ___?" or "How would you like things to be different?"
   
   Affirmations:
   Reflective listening:
   Summarizing:
