    I fully expect SCOTUS to not take up this case and I feel the floodgates are officially open for more lawsuits to be filed against the #InternetArchive (@internetarchive@mastodon.archive.org) where they're now on borrowed time as far as a organization goes which would be a sad end. This from five months ago is still relevant: https://old.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/1bswhdj/if_there_is_a_book_on_internet_archive_your/ It's time to prepare for a likely scenario where the #IA won't exist in 2-5 years and we need to find ways to mirror and backup our projects somewhere else.

  @evacide it's a shame but what did they expect. Let's hope it doesn't open the floodgates.. As we all know a certain plumber is waiting in the wings 😉
