Judge Reed O'Connor, what are you doing?

He's overseeing an X Corp. lawsuit. He invests in Tesla, he's used to invest in Twitter, and he invests in a company with a longtime relationship with Musk that also invests in X Corp. And yet, he's still overseeing X Corp.'s lawsuit against Media Matters.

Oh, and, he pulled all of his financial disclosure reports earlier this summer and they're still off-line.
