   @meowski thanks for the advice yeah I just always wondered if it’s simply I’m no GUD enough to deserve even 50 likes
   
   I’m a lil down the rabbit hole now so I get a lil fixated on fan art
   
   But honestly I only feel like doing original art now which will probably get even less attention

     2. "original" can be considered its own series, and the competition there is way more intense than for fanart. you'd definitely need to git gud for that and even then will have to build up your following over years lol. a mere few months is too short for that

     people follow you for certain content and if you switch around between several unrelated topics then the reaction rate will definitely take a hit

     @hakui @meowski then I suppose the best approach is to mix my abstract original deep shit with fan art character
     
     I super appreciate the advices. I just see artists who have similar amount of followers like me, similar skills like me, but then has over 100 likes on their drawings, and I cannot shake it out of my head that it’s because of my own issue
