     @randahl @pthenq1 Probably had his accountants estimate the cost to form a para-military organization to seize Brazillian assets. Spite and extortion generally don't provide an acceptable cost/benefit ratio unless you're a head of state stealing the money from your citizens. #Putin
     #Trump wants to give him a position in the US government by the way.

     @Paxil @randahl @pthenq1 he previously threatened to coup a govt if they didn't sell him lithium. I'm not sure what he is actually capable of, but he definitely doesn't believe there are limits
