   @steviesyerda @cstross I agree. This rush to blame Westminster for SNP decisions is counterproductive. What's the point of having them if they're so totally ineffectual? There were decisions they could have been brave enough to take a decade or more ago. They didn't.

     @CloudyMrs @steviesyerda @cstross They made different decisions when the Greens were in government with them. They’ve now dropped those plans and moved to the right. This is definitely a political choice, not something forced on to them.
