Collective bargaining and transparent negotiation are values that continue to be relevant for workers – for example, if you've worked for a rideshare or delivery company as a driver or in support/operations, you know that "big tech / corporations pay fairly and do the right thing" rarely happens without sustained pressure and a healthy dose of creativity.
