Conversation

I'm trying to move to using Nextcloud.
To prepare for that I want to create a database of contacts I can import.
I see Exel can be made into vcf files and imported.
Can anything similar be done with a Libre Office spreadsheet?
I'd rather not use Google contacts at all.
