     @eris no friends just people i've met online. i don't enough about the dictatorship to really say anything of it myself, i am not brazillian. though i do know a lot of foreigners who don't understand our history, because of russian influence, call our greatest leader who everyone can agree was great for the country during his reign a "fascist", and just like in every other context the world has lost meaning to me outside of people literally discussing the actual ideology principles
     
     but yeah south american rightist dictatorship i wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't actually good i just wouldn't know. i've read it's apparently actually fairly controversial in brazil whether or not it was a positive
