   @eternal_skies_tcg For the record, the "pagan leader's" son, who was Poland's first crowned king, was called Bolesław Chrobry, i.e. "Boleslaus the Brave".

   (of course he was a jerk, and made a lot of enemies at that, but he has a decent reputation, mainly because of the crowning)

     For more detail on why I picked Boleslaus I, specifically, this is a game about Slavic mythology. Boleslaus married his daughter Doubravka to the pagan leader of Poland. This began the spread of Christianity in Poland, and thus the erasure of western Slavic paganism.

     Some concept art for the villain. His name is Boleslaus, after the Duke of Bohemia Boleslaus the Cruel (anyone who gets this obscure reference is sure to be very happy). The eye is an obvious reference to Maximillion Pegasus from Yugioh.
