     The US think tank and multimedia machine is engaged in manufacturing consent for a nuclear war against North Korea, China, and Russia. They are actively trying to promote such a war with rhetoric and actions. They did 20 live fire exercises against North Korea this year including the simulated use of nuclear weapons in the war games.
