     So when I switched to #Linux 10 years ago, I was buying new hardware at #Microcenter in Denver, and I was lucky that someone in the “BYOPC” section knew about Linux.

     His name was Brian P[partially redacted for privacy], he really helped in the early part of my journey.

     I’ve looked him up recently to thank him, with no leads. I have no idea if he’s on masto, so sending a message in a bottle, if you will.

     I’ve gotten really self-reflective about things, and Brian really went above & beyon-…
