:blobcatsurprised: Hello, friends! I’m planning to head to Kyoto on 8/30 and stay there for 3 nights until 9/2 before moving on to Osaka. I’ll be returning to Tokyo on 9/4 by JR to catch my flight in the afternoon. Since a typhoon is approaching, do you think this plan is okay? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
