     It annoys me as well that they aren’t making this easily available to prediabetic patients. It could save lives.

     The big story here, honestly, is the fact that Eli Lilly is going DTC with the drug, rather than forcing consumers to go through insurers who have dropped the ball on getting this medication to the people who could benefit from it.
