@JollyWizard @s2208 I have also heard from non-online sources that private schools will be wary to implement IEPs. From what I have heard they will usually not do it due to limited resources

Many private schools will fight against implementing any IEP or 504 for this reason.

it’s a legal requirement but they will fight it and drag their feet.

they may not have the resources. sometimes it’s expensive. who can afford a full time staff member with the proper certs to deal with a problem autistic, for instance? that could easily cost 100k annually per kid.
