This morning, we went on a three-mile hike through parts of the scenic Fort Ord National Monument, entering via the Creekside gate. It’s a great location, offering wonderful views from the higher elevation trails. The area was bustling with activity, as quite a few people were out enjoying the day either biking or walking their dogs. (1/3)

Throughout the hike, I took many pictures, which I will gradually share over time. Three skyward shots, in particular, serve as a personal reminder to always look up. (2/3)
