     @kurimu :neocat_think_googly_woozy: well, the migration to sharkey was also quite adventurous. but nowwhere near the db stuff i had to do with firefish

     @delta @kurimu ye. the switch to new hardware was a huge boost + splitting up redis also did a big impact

     @puniko @kurimu honestly i think the biggest difference in performance was made with the move to SSDs from HDDs, firefish on HDDs was utterly miserable, but after the SSD migration firefish ran pretty alright
     
     sharkey for the most part has been running pretty decently though, aside from the random crashing that i think is also partly a misskey v13 bug
