I would probably use my food processor WAY more often if it wasn't such a pain in the ass to clean... I don't like chopping things and would really like to just cram them all in an appliance.

I don't find it that hard to clean. But I use a knife to do most of the cutting, chopping, mincing and what all. I cook meals from scratch every day, but I've been doing that getting on 50 years so I am very efficient. I've had my big chef knife for 25 years. The Cuis is very handy for making hollandaise, mayonaise, hummus, and cutting butter into flour, among other things.
