     many such cases :l_sigh:
     
     - some personally knew the head of the clinic, which they gave incorrectly because the old name is still written on the information panel.
     - elderly woman who wanted to visit someone who was dead for several years.
     - guy who did not speak any language I knew got very angry with me.
     - stuff I won't write here, but you have seen it....
