Meta has automated moderation, and my fiancée got a temporary ban when someone in a pet rat group asked whether they should get boy or girl rats and she replied "Boys are stinky and get penis plugs". More seriously if someone gets abuse phrased in a way that whoever designed the moderation system hadn't thought of, and responds by telling them to fuck off, they victim is the one to get the flag
